Timesaver 5300 Series Wide Belt Sander
The model 5300 is built in standard widths of 37", 52" and 64" wide and comes in one to five top sanding heads. Top and bottom systems can be quoted upon request. The 5300 is a rugged 24/7 machine that can be equipped with up to 125 HP motors on the sanding belts.

Planer Sander
Timesavers offers knife planers or combination planers/sanders in the 5300 series. Standard units are equipped with anti-kickout protection, high quality cutter heads, and segmented infeed shoes. Variable frequency drives, abrasive belt cleaning systems and many other features are available to customize our machines for specific requirements of the application.

Segmented Polisher
Timesavers offers segmented sanding heads in crossbelt and/or widebelt configurations on the 5300 series. All segmented polishers will provide a high quality finish on veneer panels , sand sealer or topcoats prior to application of final lacquer. Standard units are equipped with touch-screen controls and vacuum beds.
Orbital Sander
Timesavers offers four versions of orbital sanders in 43" and 52" widths. Orbital sanders remove cross-grain scratches that are inherent when sanding cabinet doors or frames with a widebelt sander. Orbital sanders greatly reduce manual labor plus stain penetration is consistent rather than uneven penetration, which is a common problem caused by manual sanding.
